As Founder & Managing Partner, Sameer Sethi defines the strategic direction of Lamar Projects—overseeing opportunity selection, investment structuring, and capital alignment across every mandate. His role is centered on one function: filtering the market and bringing forward only those opportunities that meet a clear standard of quality, positioning, and long-term value.


In a landscape driven by volume, Sameer operates with selectivity. He is directly involved in originating and shaping opportunities—ensuring that access, structure, and investor alignment are established before capital is committed. His presence defines the discipline behind every deal.


Beyond structuring, he works closely with a select group of investors and partners—maintaining clarity across participation, timelines, and outcomes. His approach is grounded in conviction: fewer opportunities, higher standards, and complete alignment with capital.
