Founded in 2022, Lamar Projects is led by Sameer Sethi - a second-generation entrepreneur whose heritage in construction and fine material imports laid the foundation for a new standard in design-led execution.
Having grown up amidst architecture, craftsmanship, and the family business of building distinguished homes in Jaipur, Sameer developed an early appreciation for proportion, detail, and the art of construction. His experience spans design, construction, and business strategy - shaped further through his tenure as a partner at Tula Developments, Thailand, where he led the creation of luxury villas across Koh Samui and Koh Phangan.
This global exposure, combined with an inherent understanding of quiet luxury, continues to define the ethos and direction of Lamar Projects. Under his leadership, the firm embodies a culture of trust and discipline - where every project is approached with intent, transparency, and calm precision.
